James has a masters in Chemical Engineering achieved at Imperial College London between 1990-1994. He also completed an MBA in Business Management at London Business School in 2003.

James began his professional journey at Accenture, starting out as a Business Development Manager. From here, he climbed the ranks before founding Genfour (an information technology and services company, focused on the automation of business processes) which was later acquired by Accenture. This experience further solidified James’ expertise in the technology field, and he later returned to Accenture as Managing Director to lead complex automation initiatives and enhance corporate technology infrastructures. Aswell as being at the helm of Enate, James is also a Director at Emergence Partners which focuses on digital transformation technology implementation and strategic business planning.
